Practical AI capability for business
We help business owners and managers get more done with AI, from first prompt to a working assistant.
Services
Workshops, coaching and a readiness sprint to learn it. Custom builds and forecasting to run it.
One day, in a small group. You build an assistant that knows your business, the rules it follows and the files it can use, then test it on a real job.
One hour on your own business. Bring a real job, a stuck project or a decision and work through it with someone who builds this for a living.
Two weeks working beside your team to set up the foundations for AI and decide what to build first.
We scope what you need, agree a fixed price in writing, build it, and can keep it running. It starts with a short written scope, so you know what you are buying.
A forecast of how the business should perform, checked against what actually happens, week by week, with what changed and what to do about it.

How we work
You bring your own work, not a shared example. The aim is a first version that is useful to you, and a way to keep improving it.
The context and rules we write with you are plain documents. You own them and they work in any tool, so you are not tied to us or to one product.
We do not promise savings or results, because they depend on how you use it. An assistant does not learn by itself. It improves because you keep it up to date.

Questions
No. If you can write an email and keep a folder, you can start. We work at your level and explain as we go.
We work with what you already use where we can, and we choose a main tool for the workshop. Your context and rules are plain documents, so they move with you if the tool changes.
In workshops and coaching we use sample or de-identified material and teach what to keep out of public tools. For anything built for you, privacy and where data is held go in the written agreement.
Coaching is for the hour. Workshop is , the sprint is , a build is and forecasting is . We agree a fixed price in writing before any build starts.
Tell us what you are working on and we will say which of these fits, including when the answer is none of them.
